Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?

    No.  You are only required to sign a month-to-month rental agreement that automatically renews each month until you vacate.

Are there any restrictions to the length of stay?

    One month minimum, month to month basis thereafter.
    Ask about our long term pre-pay specials.

When do I have access to my storage unit?

    South Boston:
    Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM, Thursday until 8PM
    Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
    Sunday  11:00AM-4:00 PM

    Braintree:
    Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 7:00PM
    Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
    Sunday 10:00AM - 4:00PM

    Weymouth:
    Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 7:00PM
    Saturday 8:00AM - 5:00PM • Sunday  10:00AM-4:00PM

How is my unit secured?

    In addition to our state of the art digital monitoring, each unit is secured with your own lock and equipped with its own individual security alarm, to allow access by you only.  For your convenience, new locks may be purchased in the lobby of our facility.

Do I need insurance?

    We do not provide insurance for your possessions.  Low cost insurance maybe purchased at the front desk. You may need to make your own insurance arrangements.  We urge you to protect your belongings with insurance.
