Best place ever. Staff is amazing. Particularly Capree who helped me from the day i signed in to over a year later when I was ready to give up my unit. Helped me during an uncertain time in covid when I was between moves/jobs. stored a lot of my stuff there for over a year with zero complaints. Clean, no bugs, easy accessibility, temp controlled. Best place ever, Capree is an absolute joy and the nicest person.

Great people who work Michael goes above and beyond the call of duty and all you need's I've been a steady customer and I haven't had not a problem I would recommend them I give him five stars because I use other storage areas and then not even close.

Hours are a little annoying other than that this place is always clean.

I just removed all my items and I will miss working with Michael and Donna who are super customer service folks. The building is clean, climate controlled and the managers are so accommodating and easy to work with in all aspects. Highly recommend! MR

My experience with castle storage was great

The customer service here is WONDERFUL!!! I used this storage facility for 2 years and was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Michelle is the manager here and she is extremely friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy, she made the entire process a pleasure. (Moving can get very stressful) The facility is nice and clean, there's a lot of parking and bays to pull up car and dollys to help with moving your things. Plus convenient location. If I ever need storage again I will never go anywhere else, that's for sure!

Office staff is very friendly and helpful . Clean facility, well lit and temperature controlled.. so easy to sort your stuff it is bad weather out there!!!

Michael checked me in and walked me through the paperwork. He showed me the two entrances and exit, and moved my storage unit so I would not have do work around a beam at the back of the unit. Castle supplies moving carts which makes it easier to move my junk into the unit.

Beautiful and clean storage space. Private alarm system and sprinkler inside unit. I'm secure with my choice of where my vehicle will be stored for the winter.

5/5 star rating at Castle Storage Taunton location. First off the place is clean so someone definitely takes care of the property. The employees are super nice. I am new to storage and the lady was nice and showed me which lock and where my storage space was and how to use the code. Then I just got rid of my storage area today because I didn’t need it anymore and the employee came and helped me get rid of the stuff I didn’t want to bring with me. They have no problem with you using the dumpster which is a huge plus. You would think the employees at a storage place would be like the dmv but they are not. I think I signed one paper when I first got it and showed my license. A huge plus is they let me put my 125cc Honda monkey motorcycle in the storage as long is it had no gas. I got a 5x9 storage I believe and it was 99$ a month. Like I said I wish it was 24/7 so I could bring my motorcycle back at night when I was done riding but sadly these companies have to deal with their insurance companies, it’s not their fault. Better hurry and get a spot because it looks like the spots go quick.

I have used Castle Storage on and off for a few years now. They are all so friendly and accommodating. The place is so clean and neat. The temperature control is great. The prices are reasonable and you get one month free. I highly recommend this storage unit.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. It even has a/c and wooden carts you can use to bring items in and out of the facility. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit.

I went in there originally just to ask some questions and to see about viewing a few different size units. I dealt with Scott. One of the nicest down to earth people i have ever dealt with that operates a buisness. I went back roughly 3 weeks after we spoke and he remembered my name what unit i was interested in and then had no issues helping me do all the paperwork needed to rent the unit. The facility always clean when I have been there. No trash laying around. I can say i am very happy with my decision to go threw them definitely highly recommend looking into if you are in search of a storage unit.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. When I didn't close on my house on the expected date they worked with me so that I wasn't stuck paying a whole month for a couple extra days. I definitely recommend this place for self storage.

I had an issue moving into the storage unit I rented and no longer needed it. The company offered me a refund for the unused days and even prorated a few days earlier! They were a life saver!

My experience was with castle self storage on county St. In Taunton, Ma. Was excellent. I was met by Missy an employee of Castle Self storage. She went out of her way to explain everything I needed to know. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked her about the unit I rented she was not pushy trying to talk me into a more expensive unit to rent. She took time to show me the unit and asked if it met my all of my needs , she went out of her way to explain how to use the keyboard with my password to get into the storage area. I highly recommend castle self storage

I was in dire need of a 10x15 storage unit but there were only a couple left online. I was having trouble renting a unit online via my smartphone or from a desktop PC. Donna & Missy have been extremely helpful, kind & understanding during my initial steps for securing my unit. Now that I got my storage unit I can “move on” to the next step of this phase in my Life. “Move on”-Pun intended…

You can get inside with your code, and the motion sensors turn on the lights as you wander around inside looking for your locker. Spaces to pull up/back in your truck, too.

I have been renting from here for a while now and I'm very impressed with the service and satisfaction of the facility staff. Never had a problem so far they always give me heads up if there is a concern or changes in the facility...I recommend them to whoever would like to choose a good and well respected storage facility.

The storage it’s self is very clean and accessible. Right off the hallway and between two train stations. I would recommend anyone in the South Boston, Dorchester, South End and Downtown Boston area.The staff at the storage were very professional and are there to help you all the way.

Highly recommend Castle storage facility! We were moving out of Boston and had to store our belongings before the movers came to ship them overseas. We ran out of space in one storage unit and had to get a second one - the managers were super nice and got us a second unit close by the first, as well as not charging us full month price for it. They were super helpful and flexible when we needed to organise a delivery to the storage too! Definitely recommend, very good customer service!

My things were stored there for 3 weeks and they charged me for 2 months, because it was the last week of September and the first two weeks of October. That's ridiculous!

I have had a great experience with this storage unit. The people are very nice and helpful. I would not want to move my things anywhere else. Just take into consideration their hours. It's clean and watched while they are there. CCTV are there also. I like that.

The building is brand new so everything is very clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I did mention quite a few typos in the contract and they said that would be sure to let the main office know. Overall very happy with my experience!
