  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your storage needs, you can move in anytime during operating hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    We require only a 5 day notice before you vacate the space. For your convenience, we will prorate out the first 5 days of the month.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued ID (examples: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. Pre-Pay Specials are available for added discounts.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during access hours.

  • How do I make a payment?

    The most convenient way is to sign up for our Automatic Payment Plan. You may also choose to pay in person, or mail a check or money order. You may also visit us at www.castleselfstorage.com to make your payment.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, checks, and money orders.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office. View our Moving Supplies page to see what we offer.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Space Estimator on our website or call our Manager for assistance.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime during our operating hours for a complimentary tour of our facility. Please call ahead, let us know what time is convenient for you, so that we can schedule that time for you.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase. All units need to be secured with a padlock at the time of rental by the tenant.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts located at each access door.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Please see our manager to view our “Do Not Store” items list.
