When can I move my items into the space?
 
Once we find the storage space available that meets your storage needs, you can move it at any time during operating hours.

 
How do I pay my storage bill?
 
The most convenient way is to sign up for our Automatic Payment Plan which can be set up online or at the sales office. You may also choose to pay in person or mail a check or money order. Payments accepted are Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash, Check, & Money order.

 
Do you provide moving carts to assist with moving storage items?
 
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts located at each access door.

 
What security features do you offer?
 
The storage facility has 24/7 digital video recording, as well as each storage unit is electronically alarmed for added security. You will receive a Gate Access Code to securely access the storage facility during operating hours. We are also fully staffed during access hours, so you are never alone at the Castle.

 
Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?
 
Yes. We sell various size moving boxes, wardrobe boxes, mattress bags, bubble wrap, and moving supplies in our office. View our Moving Supplies page to see what we offer.

 
What are the benefits of Climate Controlled storage?
 
Reducing the amount of moisture in the air helps provide protection from mold and mildew which can easily occur when storing your items in a non-climate-controlled space. This facility has air-conditioned, dehumidified, and heated spaces for added year-round protection to your stored items.

 
Do I need to bring my own lock?
 
We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at the time of move-in. If you need a lock, we do have them available for purchase in our sales office. All units need to be secured with a padlock at the time of rental by the tenant.

 
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
 
You can either use our online Space Calculator on our website or call our Manager for assistance.

 
Do I need to sign a Long-Term lease?
 
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. Pre-Pay Specials are available for added discounts.

 
Are there any items that I cannot put in the storage space?
 
Please see our manager to view our “Do Not Store” items list.
